Did u see my post above. Built in ram is the issue. I called DJI and said that and that’s why its not on the supported list from dji. The samsung Tab S6 lite will be added they said
Good response! I had wondered about memory. I bought my Tab A 8 used so I’m stuck with what I have unless I lay out another wad of cash. If it becomes more of a problem, I may try memory optimizer software before I swallow hard.
I just did all the steps outlined with my Tab A 8, disabled apps, removed them, put it in airplane mode, turned off HD and caching, etc. It seems totally usable but I found the screen unfortunately isn’t super bright and it’s shiny so I had trouble seeing in bright sunlight.
Can’t be only the ram. I use the iPad5 which has the same ram as the Tab a8 (2GB) and it works flawlessly.
I used the QR reader to scan the code on the Mavic Air 2 online user guide and DJI Fly loaded and ran without problems.
Hej. Mam t290 i mini2, działa, ale software trzeba zainstalować ze strony DJI, nie sklepu play. Pozdrawiam
How do you side load the DJI Fly app to a Tab A?
It works perfect with the Samsung SM-T290 tablet, now with dji fly version 1.5
Can anyone make it work with a SM-T350?
Tengo a Galaxy Tab A (8.0" 2019) SM-T290 con Android 11, utilizando la DJI Fly 1.4.12(1430), el día de hoy me percate que en algunas ocasiones la imagen se congela, nada complicado para mi.

I use the Samsung Tab A SM-T307U and have no problems with it.
Looking to use this TABLET 2020 version (SM-T307U ) with DJI FLY (Mavic air 2)–any concerns?
Hi…will have this unit this week…How happy are you? does it lag on the Fly App? I have Lenovo M and have lost connections at times.
I haven’t encountered any issues with the Samsung Tab A SM-T307U, it has been quite dependable so far.
anyone here knows if it works for Galaxy Tab А8 10.5 LTE SM-X205?
@Robert_Murphy if you must use that mobile device, you could try installing older versions of DJI Fly to potentially find a version that will still work as expected.
