I have a new Phantom 4 Pro Obsidian with issues. I have several screenshots in my remote that I need to transfer to the dji engineers; I don’t know how to get them from the remote to my Mac laptop. The above instructions are great to a point. That point is step 7; it does not answer the question. I am new to dji and have never moved files as you suggest. DJI has given me contradictory instruction, so I am reaching out here.
