I am having the same problem but for different reasons. My original controller was defective because when I went to the lake it decided to jump out of my hands and spend the rest of its days at the bottom of Don Pedro lake (luckily my iPad chose to stay behind). Anyways, I bought a new one (new to me, I got a new looking one on eBay). And beeps everything the same way. Now I do understand your instructions and agree with your possible diagnosis of the problem, however, it is not mentioned anywhere where to download the controllers firmware, the aircraftâs firmware can easily be found, this is not the case for the controller. I would very very much really appreciate ur help. I have a Mavic, but I miss flying my phantom big time. I donât like any of the mavics because although fly good and all, to me it feels as if it didnât have enough authority on the air so to speak, I just miss flying my Phantom very much.
