Can’t connect to Wi-Fi and not sure what to do next
Since I do not know if you are trying to connect your tablet to your home WiFi, your earbuds to your phone, or if you are referring to a drone, it might help if your gave some details: make, model, new problem or an old one… A little information goes a long ways.
I am talking about a new DJI mini 4 pro. It gets to the Wi-Fi page, and it will not pick up Wi-Fi. I have tried to swipe up and down both and can’t get to the home page. I also do not know how to add a Wi-Fi and where to get the Wi-Fi code or passwords? Where do I find them?
You wrote you have a New Mini 4 Pro, so, again since you prefer to play “guess when I am asking,” I will take the time to offer this, after that, you are on your own…
First off, you must have a stable internet connection for the binding process to succeed, that means you have the password to the Wi-Fi, and when you are asked to log in to the internet, you know the name of your Wi-Fi SSID and the Password to it… Don’t try to log onto you neighbors Wi-Fi…
Now you will need to bind your drone to my account? (Google this if you do not know what I am talking about…
To bind a DJI drone to your account, log into the DJI Fly or Pilot 2 app, connect the remote controller to the aircraft, and then navigate to your Profile > Device Management within the app. Select Bind to Account or Bind New Device, review the information, and tap Confirm to complete the binding process.
For DJI Fly App:
- Launch the DJI Fly app and log into your DJI account.
- Connect the remote controller to your mobile device and then to the aircraft.
- Tap on Profile in the app.
- Select Device Management.
- Choose the option to Bind to Account or Bind New Device.
- Read the binding information, then tap Next.
- Confirm the account and aircraft SN (serial number) by tapping Confirm or OK to complete the binding.
 For DJI Pilot 2 App:
 A. Launch the DJI Pilot 2 app and log into your DJI account.
 B. Connect the remote controller to the aircraft.
 C. Tap on Settings in the left corner of the app.
 D. Select Device Management.
 E. Choose Bind New Device.
 F. Review the “Account and Binding Info” and tap Next.
 G. Confirm the account and aircraft SN, then tap OK to finalize the binding.
After this, if no one else wants to take a wag at it, YouTube has thousands of videos on how to do everything, even, “How to write a Request for Help…”
Your name fits you
As they say, “that is your opinion…” but this is my opinion…
You asked for help, you gave little to no information, leaving the members to guess what you issues might be… And I tried twice to help with what little information I had at hand… And, you reject it… Twice I tried to pry the information out of you…
You remind me of the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Samaritan Snare,” where Geordi La Forge is taken captive by the Pakleds, a slow-witted and un-technologically advanced species that is unable to fix their own ship.
