I have a big problem I have a drone video. but I get to see all those little white spots. What is this and how can I get rid of it? HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP ME !!! (see photo what I mean)
Have you cleaned your lens? Look like dust spots to me and not pixels.
Assuming you did not knowingly damage your Phantom, I’d recommend you try the following:
- Format the memory card
- Use a different memory card
These are stuck “on” pixels. Dust would be black or dark grey spots.
A stuck pixel is a single color – red, green, or blue – all of the time. Surprised that these are white.
Ive never seen any other color other than black for a “stuck” or “dead” pixel from a sensor. Colored pixels can be fixed easily. White or Black is another can of worms.
Issues like this are usually not caused by a bad camera sensor. It’s certainly a possibility though.
Unfortunately as of today, there is not an algorithm that will “calibrate” out the bad pixels. Used to do that all the time with IR sensors. That would take care of that anomaly.
Yes and the weird thing is that when I play the video it all moves
Fly_Dawg…you are ACE! Been watching how you take the time to help sort out problems! I know where to head now!
Thats nice, how can you help my ?
Did you try my suggestions above?
