Installed the firmware to my mobile now it says
Confirm binding agreement…followed by
Device activation prohibited contact DJI support for assistance…???
Spoken to DJI apparently its dead on arrival… Googled the fault its not uncommon oh dear!!!
Had similar issue, said “contact DJI support” account couldn’t be activated, switched to a different DJI account and connected in a split second.
That’s too bad, had to be rough DOA man.
had the same issue, reported stolen, had to send it back to seller
