Scotland Highlands special use airspace

Hi everyone,
I wish to visit the Highlands in Scotland with my M2Pro or MAir one day, I’m planning that, but looking at Airmap I’ve found a huge blue area marked “special use airspace” on the top of Scotland FJA North, Isle of skye FJA South East and R610A in the middle too; how is it possible to fly in that zone or it’s totally prohibited? Does it just require to respect the Scotland drone code? Do you need to respect some other limits or to get a special permission as a consumer user ? Thanks!

Looking at air data those areas, out side of the large number of airfields ,are in fact flyable but with extreme caution and never out of line of site, and I would suggest very low.
