Phatom 4 will not return home

My Phatom 4 will not return home. I have tried it with someone elses tablet and it still would not return home and yet his does return home on that same tablet that I tried
From this i deduct that is a software glitch in the drone not the tablet.
Both my tablet and his have up to date software

  • How did you attempt to initiate the Return to Home function?
  • What happened when you tried?
  • Has the Return to Home function ever worked as expected?
  • If it worked previously, what has changed since then?
