Phantom3Pro - ipad mini - DJI Go not opening

Hi. New boy here !

Had a 3 Pro for many years. Haven’t sparked it up for months.

Charged, connected and flew very briefly [as tea was ready!!]. I have always used this iPad mini 2

Next day, DJI Go opens for 1 second the closes. Factory reset on Ipad Mini 2, reloaded DJI Go, same thing.

Can’t be the limit on the OS as that hasn’t changed.

  1. Any ideas why it’s suddenly thrown a wobbly?
  2. Whats the minimum ipad garenteed to work? It’s the only thing I use it for.

I loaded DJO Go onto my Samsung Flip 6 and that works fine, but the screen is too small for me.

You can find a list of devices DJI supports here.

Per the page above, DJI requires iOS 8.0 or later. And the iPad Mini 2 can run up to iOS 12.

However, when reviewing the compatibility information in the Apple App Store, it shows it requires iOS 12.0 or later.
