drone will not take off. continue to get esc status error. please help.

Please give a much better description of your issue. The more information and detail you can provide will usually get you a better answer. Your description is far too vague.
When did this start occurring? Did you somehow damage your Phantom?
I have the same issue… On the checklist window, it shows “Electronic condition Abnormal” Then it show on the main screen in the upper left that cannot take off. And this is the error in the main window. "Esc Status error. Please restart the aircraft. Contact DJI Support if the error persists
