Phantom 3 pro Problem

I have a problem with my phantom 3 pro, fist stop connecting to the DJI GO app, then control stop having control over the drone, when i try to upgrade the firmware it always fails, I have almost try every firmware update I find. please I need help

Yes, my problem was a defective video card in the remote controller. I sent it to DJI and they replaced the video card. It was repaired and returned quickly…
