P4a Firmware failed 77% 0x028103

hello, i had p4a crash from tree, i repaired and now my IMU 1 Normal IMU 2 error and need calibration.
when i calibrate it getting error (cant be calibrate) so i decide to refresh the Firmware. but i keep getting error at 77% error code 0x028103.

i already use different USB Cable, different computer (Mac, Laptop, and PC) still same

anyone know what happen??
