Hey Everyone my mavic air battery was disconnected on firmware update and the battry stuck in two green lights not turning off,The controller it’s not connecting to the drone and the screen shows a battery error even when using other batteries when connected to assistant2 firmware can not be refreshed it shows an error saying that the battery should be more than 50% even if the battery is fully charged the Drone can’t connect to controller but to the phone only, when pressing the button on the Drone to connect to the controller no response appears and no sound
I am frustrated and disappointed I got the Drone from Denmark and my country does not have DJI support and there is no way to send it
can anyone Please help
