On my phantom 4pro after start up the camera points upwards and stays there and when I use the dial on the controller nothing happens?? any thoughts

Phantom 4pro after start up the camera always locks upwards even if I try to turn the dial on the controller nothing happens yet camera takes pictures drone flys ok updated firmware still nothing any thoughts anyone!!!
