For the life of me, I cannot get my Neo to connect to my RC and one remote. Even though I have selected the Neo as my drone for some reason when I go to make the Wi-Fi connection, the app iis selecting my mini 4K even though I have deleted the mini 4K. Anyone have any suggestions?
Since you posted in the Neo 2 category, I’m assuming you have a Neo 2 and not a Neo. The process is very similar if you have a Neo instead.
Before connecting your drone, make sure your DJI RC has all available firmware updates installed. This video walks through the typical steps you will see during the connection process:
