replacing the esc on mini se and dropped the organizer they were in and cant put them back correctly.

I’ve never seen a schematic for any DJI drone. As @LoudThunder mentioned, the closest you might get is a teardown video like this one. You can find more on YouTube by searching for things like “dji mini teardown”.
I have a Mini 2, but I have never had the need nor inclination to tear it down. But in all my Welcome notes to new members, I always recommend the member view lots of YouTube Videos on How-To and How-Not-To fly and care for their new drone…
And in my recommendation that “YouTube is your Friend,” that was my thoughts on your issue. I have laughingly watched a YouTuber crack or otherwise damage a drone by rough-housing or mishandling it during disassembly and even reassembly and I hoped that these types of videos might help you resolve your problem.
The Video that @Michell recommended is one of the best I have ever seen to show how to do this…
