My Phantom 4 has suddenly dropped from 21 meters altitude.

Hello there,

My Phantom 4 has suddenly dropped from 21 meters altitude. This happened just after elevation. The battery was at 69%. I have been flying my drone for almost 2 years and such a crash occurred for the first time.
Could someone please explain me what happened so I could avoid such situations in the future.

Other than to suspect a battery disconnect, which has happened quite often with P4’s, I see nothing in the data to suspect otherwise. If you could supply the DAT, it may or may not reveal more info.
