Not sure what happened. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Log shows an IMU altitude change of -660ft over 6seconds.

I was bringing the drone down to land and it sharply rose into the sky, it gave a GPS error but was only 5 metres away from me. It wouldn’t respond as I tried to get it to a lower altitude and eventually turned in the air and crashed into the ground.

Any help would be great.

Can you provide the .txt instead of the .csv created by AirData?

Looks like you submitted the .csv to PhantomHelp logviewer. What happens when you submit the .txt instead?
