I am flying with propellers guards, and my max speed is about 31km/u or 20m/hr. Is this normal or to slow? What is the average speed of your Mavic2 Pro in normal conditions?

My max speed is about 46mph.
Have you got yours in sport mode?
20mph top speed is probably in p mode.
While not using prop guards, flying in calm wind, and Sport mode is enabled, you should be able to reach 44 MPH (72 kph).
