Mavic Mini wont turn on after firmware update

I have a brand new Mavic Mini. Never been flown. On turing it on it suggested a firmware update. Did this via the app and was given a green tick as being successful.

However at first it would not switch off and the controller just beeped and would not turn off.

Removed and replaced the battery on the drone, now it wont switch on. The lights next to the on/off button light up and go off but the drone will not switch on.

The controller will still not switch off.

Anyone seen this behaviour ?

Hello did you get this solved?? I have the same issue. Mine wont power on. After update i flew and then when switching off it wouldnt so i removed battery and kept after 3 days and now wont power on
