Mavic Air 2 will not zoom

I have a Mavic 2 Air with Smart Controller. No matter what I try, I can not get it to zoom the camera in video. Please help.

How did you attempt to make it zoom? What happened instead?

When I use wheel on the right side of the smart controller, it does nothing. Suspect my camera settings my be goofy.

You mean the left scroll wheel, right?

This video shows how the zoom function works. You of course need to have the applicable firmware installed too.

Thanks. Got my drone to zoom. My camera settings were wrong.
