Hello All,
Two days ago I lost GPS while piloting my DJI phantom 4 drone in the Nevada desert. I was able to recover the flight logs from the controller tablet I believe I determined the last known location based on the last entry. I was flying up over a mountain top to get pictures at the top. At some point I lost GPS a few minutes into the flight, then the controller reported disconnected. The drone went substantially further forward by another mile or two after the disconnect based on log data. The controls seemed to be unresponsive to me. I ended up driving around the side of the mountain to try to regain signal, But was unsuccessful. I’ve spent the better part of two days scouring the desert around the last line location. I was hoping somebody in this list could take a look for me and give me a second opinion on where to look.
