Lost Mavic Mini - is this covered under warranty?

Hi all

Can anyone advise whether the flight logs indicate the lost Mavic Mini was due to a pilot (me) error or product fault? I’ve contact DJI directly but understand they can be slow to respond.

The Mavic Mini is only 4months old.
