I’m fairly new to drone photography and video and would like to get the most out of my DJI Mini 4 Pro. I know there are a lot of resources online, but I’d really prefer to attend an in-person course or workshop where I can learn hands-on techniques.
I’m based in the East Midlands (UK) but happy to travel if the course is highly recommended. Ideally, I’m looking for something focused on aerial photography and video skills rather than licensing/regulations.
Does anyone have recommendations for good courses, trainers, or workshops in the UK that would suit a Mini 4 Pro pilot?
I am in the US so I have no firsthand knowledge there… But the camera of the Mini 4 Pro has much the same features as a standard camera. And knowing how the shutter speed, the F/Stop, and the ISO image sensitivity all playing into great photos have all the same training… Then there is all the issues of framing, lighting, backlighting, movement ( as in shooting a moving object, or moving the camera to give a sense of movement…) etc… and so much more…
And videography is a whole different bailiwick, as angle, lighting, movement, framing, and more…
Local colleges may offer photography courses. There might be cameral clubs and some may even use drones…
And do not discount the various YouTube tutorials, some are very complete and super informative…
