ISSUE AFTER MAVIC AIR 2 UPDATE

Hello to everyone HNY!!

After last update of my mavic air 2 i am facing the following 2 issues 1) backward vision sensor error ( code 180035) 2) i cannot download any type of file (video or pic) straight from my mobile 3) vision sensor(s) blocked (code 180038)

First I would try to update your MA2 + controller + battery again either on the desktop if you have a PC or the mobile app. Were there any hard flight crashes before the firmware update? If you still see errors, it’s best to reach out to DJI support on the official DJI site.
