Is it worth replacing a Neo?

So I lost my Neo today flying on a beach. No wind perfect conditions and plenty of SATs for navigation. I made a simple turn to return to where i was, and the drone detected a non existent wind gust and landed in the surf zone. This has not been the first time the drone failed. On two other occasions the drone simply took off on its own and then crashed itself. I am wondering if it is worth replacing now that I see other Neo’s with similar issues…..

It really depends on whether the Neo is the best fit for how you normally use your drones.

As for flying at beaches in general, the Neo is probably the least suitable option among DJI drones since it is very light and can struggle to handle the stronger winds that are common in those areas.

This sounds like a magnetic interference issue, which is usually caused by user error. Feel free to share any TXT flight logs here if you’d like to dig into any issues you encountered.
