How to View Mavic 2 Logs From the Drone?

Hi, I had a flight with multiple long series of controller disconnects and would like to view the log that was stored by the drone (.dat) not the phone. I downloaded the DJI Assistant 2 to my computer and downloaded the .dat file. After hours of research I found out that the reason I couldn’t read the file was because it was encrypted. How can I unencrypt the log? It has valuable information on my flight that I’d would like to view.
Thanks, Anthony

As far as I know, there is not a way to decrypt the Mavic 2 .dat files. You can try the device .dat. It has a bit more information than the .txt log file.

I don’t know of any tools that can read the aircraft DAT logs.

What if I sent the .Dat to DJI support? Would they be willing to unencrypt it for me?

If your DJI warranty is still valid, they can help you troubleshoot any issues if you send them your logs. However, they won’t decrypt the DAT files and send them back to you.
