How to renew support and obtain software updates.

I purchased a Flight Reader license a little over a year ago and discovered that it can no longer read DJI Mavic Air 2 logs.

How does one purchase another year of support and update the software to the current version? Also, does the updated software correctly read logs from DJI Fly v.1.2.1?

The current version is not able to process flight logs created by DJI Fly 1.2.2 (or newer) or 3rd party applications using DJI SDK 2.4.13 (or newer). I’m planning to release an update in the next several weeks to make Flight Reader compatible with the current version of DJI Fly and DJI SDK. I’ll send you an email when that new version is available – along with details on purchasing another year of support.
