I have a Mavic 2 Pro and use a Smart Controller with it. I used to be able to download the flight logs but hadn’t done so for a few months (lockdown means no flying for me) and when I came to try for the few recent flights I find I cannot. There are logs on the aircraft which I can download to my PC but these are encrypted and no-one seems able to allow me to access them. The smart controller has no .DAT or .TXT type files on it since last July so I don’t know what to try next. Any help would be much appreciated!
