Hiya folks,

I stumbled upon the Flight Reader app quite by accident - loved the features so purchased a licence and here I am.

I’m a 60+ guy that mainly flies a Mini 4 Pro, but still use my older Mini 2 from time to time. I’ve thought about getting an Air 3S but the fact that I don’t travel as much as I used to, the area I live is pretty flat and boring and even worse, I’m close to a major airports & several airfields (my house is in an airfield no fly zone) makes me wonder if I can truly justify the cost of another drone…

I’ve posted loads of private videos on YT, initially this was purely for family & friends (6 subscribers) but have now made a few public videos. Although it’s still a very tiny channel, I now enjoy the editing process as much as the flying.

Hope I haven’t bored you to death…

Welcome to the forum! I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying Flight Reader.

That’s the challenge with DJI drones. There’s always a new model right around the corner, and it’s certainly an expensive hobby. It’s a bit like upgrading Apple iPhones (if you’re an Apple fan). Even the older models or those without the latest high-end specs can still capture great footage.

I enjoyed your YouTube videos. The music you incorporate is great and I like the extra information you added in the voiceovers.
