A new version of Flight Reader is available. Release 1.7.23 includes the following changes:
-
Added a Byte Order Mark (BOM) to CSV files to ensure they open as UTF-8, allowing foreign characters to display correctly in applications like Excel.
-
Resolved an issue that sometimes prevented flight logs from downloading when syncing from a DJI account.
See the release notes for a complete list of changes.
I’m having trouble syncing logs from my DJI account. They worked earlier today with my NEO and iPhone but are not working with my Mini 3 Pro logs from the RC controller. They have been uploaded to DJI as they have synced into AirData.
When I choose ‘Sync Flight Logs’ from the file menu the status bar at the bottom left corner appears briefly indicating they are syncing but quickly disappears and nothing gets synced. When I try to sync by choosing ‘Sync Flight Logs’ through the option menu, I get the message they are syncing but nothing occurs and the messages stays there until I exit Flight Reader. I know I can manually import the flight logs but I would like to get this sorted out.
I am running the latest version 1.7.23.

I am not sure what happened but it is working now and my flight logs have synced.

Thanks for the update! I resolved a backend issue that wasn’t related to this Flight Reader release.
