Flight log sync error

I am having trouble synchronizing recent flights.
Last 116 flights cannot be synchronized.
What might be the reason and what would be a possible solution?

I have a few questions for you:

  • Which version of Flight Reader are you using?

  • What are you seeing that makes you think the flight logs are not syncing?

  • How many different drones have flight logs uploaded to the DJI cloud? Your Flight Reader license allows processing flight logs for up to 3 aircraft. If you have 4 drones (for example), some of the flight logs will move to the Failed folder (the failed button will appear at the top right) since that exceeds your Flight Reader license level.
