After firmware upgrade and go the DJI Go 4, get a message “The current device can not use DJI Go4 and download the current app to use” What is the name of the current app? Thanks, Larry
I had he same error a month ago. I noticed that my controller was having a blue light instead of red and it would never emit a tone when pushing c1 and c2 buttons. I charged controller and it would only go to two lights. Most what I read online was that this is a battery issue that the controller not fully sync with the drone and app. I contacted dji repair services. I sent just controller to them. The were surprisingly really good with emails and repair process. $65 latter I am in business
