Firmware update issue

I bought the DJI NEO 2 FLY MODE COMBO drone in January.

At that time, the store where I bought it refused to update the firmware because there was a problem with the update, so I did not update it. I have been running it like that until now, there has been no problem. Now my question is whether I should update the firmware or not.

The problem I am facing now is that when I give the follow mood with my mobile, the follow mood is not recorded and when I capture a picture, the picture is not available in the storage. I have captured follow mood videos and pictures before.
