I am new to the mini four and I am having problems downloading files from the Drone to my iPhone. I am following the directions in the DJI tutorial which are not too complicated but when I click the download box on the video or photo file, it appears to be downloading, but the download speed indicates zero bites per second so nothing is happening. Any suggestions?
