My controller is saying gimbal shake error? What does this mean ? And can it be fixed ?

Have you crashed or otherwise damaged your drone?
If not, try calibrating the gimbal and optionally updating to the latest firmware.

No not crashed, and is boxed safely, whats the best for updates, as i know this machine is out of date. ? Can you or anyone help ?

Firmware updates can be installed using DJI GO like this. I’d recommend you try calibrating the gimbal first if you’re happy with the firmware you have now.
Any idea what might have changed between when everything was working as expected and when the issue began?

Thank you for all your help , but not finding the dji go app to allow the software to be do e as its a older unit, if anyone has the links this would be amazing,

Thank you but this link is the one that keeps showing as yiu can see it doesn’t help with software and doesn’t have the dji phantom standard on it… i had it o my phone but then had to delete as wouldn’t work, then i tried to reinstall but now cant fi d the arriginal dji go app.

You’ll need to swipe left on the image of the Inspire to get to the Phantom models.
