I was reviewing a NEO log back in Jan 2025 and noticed that I have a number of duplicate NEO logs. One has the map thumbnail and one does not. The one that doesn’t, has all my flight details and was likely before the map details started being added to the thumbnails. I am worried that if I delete one of the duplicates that it will delete both of the logs since they are the same log file. If i remember correctly I did this with a recent log and both got deleted but I was able to re-import it since it was recent. These are almost a year old and there are a few of them. This only seems to be for the NEO and none of my other drones.
Is there an easy solution so that I don’t loose my logs and can’t get them back?

It’s not just NEO logs. It’s also a Mavic 3 Pro and Mini 3 Pro log. There are probably about 7-8 log files in total.

What happens when you select the pair, right click, and choose “Reprocess Flight Logs”?

That did nothing. I still end up with the 2 logs - one with the thumbnail and one without.

You should manually delete the flights that do not have a thumbnail. They are both the same flight log, but an older version of Flight Reader you used in the past created a duplicate.
The flights that do not have a thumbnail have all my flight details. I could manually transfer the information. What I am most worried about is when I delete the flight without the thumbnail, it will delete the other one too.

That won’t happen. You will only lose the flight you choose to delete.
Ok, I’ll try tomorrow after I transfer all my flight details into the flights with the thumbnails. I will also take a snapshot in Parallels before I delete just in case something goes wrong so I can go back to the previous state.

I cleaned up my logs - transferred my log details from the logs with no thumbnails to the ones with, and then deleted the ones with no thumbnails and it went smoothly. There was only about 10 to do so it wasn’t too bad. If there would have been hundreds, I would have just left it.
I like having the thumbnails because it makes it easy to find logs I want to review especially when I know the location I flew in. I am also thankful for the snapshot feature in Parallels Desktop on the Mac because if I would have messed up my logs I could have easily restored my FlightReader system.
