Drone turned off mid flight, is warranty still valid?

Hey everyone,

Im looking for some advice about a crash with my mini 3 and whether this could be covered under warranty.

The drone was flying completely fine before. Weather was good no wind, no rain, definitely not cold. Nothing unusual during the flight.

Suddenly I just lost connection. The drone didn’t respond anymore and I later found it crashed into a tree and broke an arm

I checked the flight logs and there’s nothing suspicious there. The last log entry looks totally normal, same as any other flight. Battery data also looks fine no voltage drop between cells, no imbalance. It basically looks like the drone just turned off mid air.

So my question is: does this sound like something that could be covered by warranty? Has anyone had a similar experience?

I attached a screenshot of what I last saw in the app and a link to the full flight log for anyone who wants to take a closer look.

Agreed. You should contact DJI support for help. They will likely need to see the DAT flight log from the drone in order to determine if this can be covered under the DJI warranty.
