I ended up breaking my drone and it was sent to New Jersey for repair through the Allstate insurance I have on it. They couldn’t fix it so they sent it to China and it was gone for just over 2 months. I get it back in the mail and the camera is constantly shaking as I’m trying to film.. I send it back to this insurance company and they sent it to a different state saying I have nothing to worry about that they can fix it. And now it is BOUND to someone else’s email. I chat with somebody on dji’s website and it said they couldn’t do anything about it and I have also chatted with the insurance company and apparently they can’t figure it out either! They told me I could send them my drone and they would give me a check. This check is not enough for a new drone and my DJI air3s isn’t even close to being a year old. I’m just trying to figure out if there’s any way I can get rid of email address my drone is now bound to. I do not want to lose my drone! I would greatly appreciate some help!
