DJI Refuses To Honor Warraty Refuses To Return Drone

It is a very long story so I will provide a link to a forum that tell everything alone with the evidence.

What it boils down to is dji refuses to honor the warranty, keeps giving me the run a round, keeps asking for flight records when I have sent them several times and have submitted email proving they received them in the link I provided.

Never buy DJI again

I don’t plan to. I had bought the goggles for the MA, and I cancelled the order for a refund before they sent it.

They still refuse to return my drone. I am working with the BBB for a solution, if that doesn’t work I will take them to small claims court.
