DJI Phantom 3 Professional Battery Error

Okay so ever since 2019, I got this drone as a hand me down from another family member and it always had a battery signal error since about 5 minutes after taking off. I’ve been back and forth with DJI support and I was told to get a new battery. My drone fell out of the sky (which it surprisingly survived with no major damage). Now, as soon as I turn it on, it gives a battery error so I can no longer take it off. Now I bought a new battery to see if it was the battery and nope, same thing… Drone eon’t take off due to battery signal error and I do not live in the USA so I will have to pay for customs and shipping for this heavy thing without warranty to and from DJI so my last resort is here…

The pins connecting the battery and drone look straight and I believe the firmware would not cause that even though I tried making sure it was updated but failed so I guess it is already updated. I don’t want to roll back my firmware as I heard horrors of bricking.

Please help…
