DJI mini 3Pro problem

DJI mini 3 pro
controller with REDmi 10
dji fly when started says “Fly as you are” then switches off
Controller controls drone but camera not working
Owned for 1 week and worked as advertised until yesterday
Downloaded dji fly app and doesn’t come up with the original djy fly screen with camera video

any help appreciated

When an app crashes like that, best bet is to uninstall, reboot the device then reinstall. If you have the DJI RC controller, maybe just do a refresh on it, and reload it from Assistant 2 on your computer.
