DJI Mavic Air 1 Batteries will not take a charge

I have two batteries for a DJI Mavic Air 1 that will not take a charge. I believe they’re still good and just need to be unlocked with computer software. I’ve had no luck finding somewhere to have this done. Any ideas?

I realize it’s a bit late for this advice, but the life of DJI batteries can be greatly extended when you follow these tips:

In every case I have seen where someone claimed to repair Mavic Air batteries, the battery case had to be opened, which permanently damages it. Even after getting the case open, there is no guarantee the batteries can be safely revived.

I would recommend either sending them to someone who is experienced in restoring DJI batteries or disposing of them and replacing them. If you’re not able to find genuine DJI batteries, you should be able to find some 3rd party batteries.
