Have you received any communication regarding the steps to process it through customs? Typically, that’s the next step when a package is held.

Did you try contacting the shipping company?
I contacted UPS and all they could do was wait for customs to release it. No help from DJI either and they knew it was probably get held. Now I have been out my money since November and no end in sight.
