when i turn on my drone it starts to rotating the propellers for about 3 times. but after that nothing happens. no LEDs turn on. no motor or Fan sound no Gimbal movement. and also it doesnt connect to RC nor dji assistant program through USB. can anyone tell what is the problem exactly? if it can not bring up the OS then how can move propellers at first?

Perhaps the normal “twitch” that all DJI drones do on powerup (but before any firmware really fires up) is resulting in a few rotations rather than the expected back & forth behavior? You said no motor or fan sound but does it do the “hello” beeps as well?
Given all the symptoms and failures you listed, I think your Air2s may be bricked
