I flew my mini 2 into a tree and the camera cable was damaged. I paid for the optional fly away insurance, but I am not sure what i need to do in order to get a new drone or if the insurance even covers this damage.
If you bought the State Farm, Square Trade Replacement Insurance, You’ll have to check your paperwork…

Use your DJI Login User Name… Then go to the Support for DJI Mini 2…
So, if you are also in the USA, you will probably be told to remove the propellers and the battery (if it’s not damaged…) if it’s damaged, it’s covered too and they will email you a prepaid return shipping label almost immediately, you box up your drone (and battery if damaged…) and send it with the $49 deductible to Fort Worth, TX.
With shipping both ways, to and fro, with the weekend too, I had a replacement drone in less than 10-days…
