I cant imagine this is the case, but the DJI tutorial video actually says whatever DJI account activated the product originally is permanent. That would mean no one would ever be able to sell their drone. Pretty sure they are out of warranty (which should be tied to the drone not an email address IMO) so not concerned with that. Is there anything I need to do specifically?
I am new to DJI in general, coming from Anafi thermal which was my first bird.
All sounds okay to me. They did not say that makes it impossible to sell an old drone. The new owner just needs proof of the original purchase so they can make any claims under warranty (if it hasn’t expired).
