I recently discovered that the zoom feature on my Air 2S isn’t working and I can’t figure out why. Any suggestions or advice appreciated!
The zoom feature on the DJI Air 2S is likely disabled because of your current camera settings. The Air 2S uses digital zoom, which is only available in certain video modes and resolutions. It is not available in photo mode, 5.4K video, 10-bit video, or 120fps video modes.
