Recently been getting a message “RC not connected to mobile device”, and have tried resetting through Control - Connect to Aircraft and holding down the link button on the aircraft for 4 seconds etc., but still not connection. Any suggestion and help will be greatly appreciated.
Try to delete app and restart app.See if this helps.
Hello Waxman, thank you for the suggestion, I’ve tried it, unfortunately no luck. Someone else suggested it may be the Type C to C cable, so I’ve just brought one, will see that it works.

I found out the problem was a bad cable. I bought a new one and got connected right a way.
