Good morning everyone, I just bought my first drone (a DJI mini2) so I am new to this and I made a mistake at the very beginning during the first startup of the drone during the automatic update. Infact by mistake I suspended the updating therefore the drone does not start to work. So I downloaded the assistant2 application but I can not get it to work, infact after I have connected the drone to my mac and the initial screen appears it does not go any further, the app does not go any further and doesn’t open, it does not activate the procedure to do the refresh. what went wrong? anybody can help?
